Managing Email notifications can be done globally by clicking on the MySetting hyperlink located at the top of the screen. Once selected, click on the Email Tab, set and save the desired settings. These settings effect ALL email notifications.
Otherwise you can control the Notifications on individual Articles, Forums and Galleries by adjusting the settings found on the sidebar for each of those sections.
